How to Apply — Step‑by‑Step

Create an account

Register with a username, password and contact email to open a new nomination.

• Choose the Specialized Prize from the dropdown.
• Confirm nominee type: Individual or Research Team.

Fill Nominee Profile

Provide full personal/institution details and number of works to submit.

• If team → provide team representative and members list.

Upload Works

For each work upload the 1000‑word abstract (PDF) and the full published document (PDF).

• Specify language of publication; upload English translation if not English.

Upload General Documents

CV (or representative CV for groups), Declaration of Nominated Works, any endorsements.

Check & Submit

Use the "Check your application" tool to see missing items. Submit when all items are complete — submission is final.

Organization Registration

Register as a nominating organization. This form is separate from Specialized nominations.

Nominee Profile & Team Details

Provide team representative details and list of members; emphasize interdisciplinary roles.

Upload Works & Reports

Upload nominated works, 1000‑word abstracts, and the Detailed Report from the Nominating Organization on letterhead.

Declaration & Endorsements

Submit Declaration of Nominated Works and Group Endorsement (signed by members).

Final Check & Submit

Use the system "Check your application" and submit when complete. Submitted applications cannot be edited.
